Mellow Mushroom West Little Rock in Little Rock

I assume the place just opened back up but the service was not good at all, Tori, our server seemed lost. Drinks very very slow to come out. Cheese Bread was good and the pizza was mediocre at best. The pizza was like warm and didn't seem cooked. This was our 1st experience at the Little Rock location. Will be a long time before I make that trek again if ever. Was told couldn't use the bathroom without a mask but we could eat outside, many people sitting not eating inside without masks, I don't think prohibiting the use of bathrooms would go well with the Health Department.I've seen responses forct the 5* reviews but nothing for the others.

The first trick is finding someone to seat you and take your order. After that, the food is delicious...if it's actually cooked right. Basically going here is a gamble; it's either great or terrible depending on who's working, no in-between. I've had 2/5 good experiences here, so we'll go with 2/5 stars.

We got seated, waited 10 minutes before they came and asked what we wanted to drink and for appetizer, took 10 minutes to get the drinks to us, then another for appetizer, when we got out appetizer they didnt give us plates,silverware, or napkins, we had to go and ask for them. After we got our food our waitress took a long time to get us refills, we asked for some ranch and never got it, After we said we wanted our check she left the table to go get it then was coming back but turned around because she forgot the check. The pizza we got was old, you can tell because of the bubbles. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

Great service by Krystal. Loved that they accommodated my silly request for them to write something on the pizza in their delicious balsamic glaze.

The food here is fantastic BUT they have messed up my order three times.I ordered extra cheese and you can see through the cheese to almost the entire pizza. When i asked about it i was told this is extra cheese.

Unique pizzas and flavors

Some of the best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had. Tried the house special pizza, as well as the Buffalo chicken pizza. Both were excellent (the strips of bacon and the honey ham on the special were very nice touches). Carla was awesome, too. Attentive, quick, and friendly. Will return.

My level of frustration regarding the order that I just placed at mellow mushroom is through the roof I called at 6:15 to modify an order. And ask that it be cooked a little sooner than the only order time. My request was for extra aioli on the pizza. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But it is drenched in oil or something to the point where we have to use a paper towel to dry off the oil and eat it. I requested the pretzel bites. The pretzel bites are so hard and over cooked that you can bounce them off of my tile floor. I took pictures for the sake of verification. One of the worst visits I've ever experienced. Simple call. Please add aioli and im not sure what they drenched it in but this is a gross experience.I am adding to the review so that I can give indication of the oil that I am removing from just one slice of pizza.I believe that I am not going to be able to allow my wife to eat anymore of this pizza due to concern for health and or food poisoning.

Mellow Mushroom has a cool atmosphere, great food, and swesome staff. The main seating room has recently reopened at 50% capacity and the staff is very diligent about safety and social distance.

Our Rotary BREW Fellowship met at Mellow Mushoom for drinks, bites, and "real" social networking. Our club members received great service and everyone tells me they really enjoyed the visit. I heard positive remarks on the bites shared among our members. Thank you Mellow Mushroom for hosing our party and sponsoring a gift certificate (which we gave away)! See you soon.

We went to Mellow Mushroom on Saturday around 7pm. It wasn't crowded at all. I ordered the meat ball appetizer along with six pretzels that had three dipping sauces; beer cheese, marinara and mustard. I also ordered a small bowl of mushroom soup. All three items were extremely good and the service was outstanding. Althoug, I hate the paper straws and perfer plastic straws. All in all it was a great experience.

Very tasty pizza. We had a coupon and wanted to try out their pizza. We decided on the Pacific Rim with a thin crust. I enjoyed as much as my wife, but I pulled the jalapenos off! Coke Zero made a great taste along with it. Our waitress was new to Little Rock having moved from Beaumont. She was very quick, attentive and nice. So this place gets a recommendation for good food and great service.

Sunday evening. 7 tables with guests. Had to stop a server to ask to be seated(no one watching the front). Asked for a draft beer and appetizer. Beer was out. Asked what else was out - waitress wasn’t sure. Ordered another beer. About 10 minutes later the appetizer arrived - still no beer. Decided to leave. We were they were short handed and the bartender was also in charge of the to-go orders. Seems foolish to jeopardize dine in orders to fulfill to go orders. Saw at least three servers handling 7 tables. Not at all a good use of time or staffing.

Pizza is always great. I enjoy the buffalo chicken. They also have great salads.

Good food but slow service considering there were just a few tables occupied in the restaurant

The pizza was pretty good. Had their version of the meat lovers. Only real complaint was the bottom of the pizza was slightly burnt. Not charred just too over done. Still was a good visit over all. The customer service was great. Keep it up.

Great atmosphere. Very attentive wait staff. Food is pretty good too. Games available for the kids to play.

The place was clean enough. When the server came to our table she had animal hair on her shirt, hair looked greasy and most disgusting of all her hands and her nails. There was so much filth under her nails we had to leave. How is this acceptable? I would not expect anyone to eat food I served them if I couldn't even wash my hands properly. We were really looking forward to having pizza. Such a disappointing experience.

Excellence in pizza. Funky fun casual atmosphere. You must try the pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce. You won't be disappointed.
